Chrissy Eze partners with women to help them overcome their emotional and mental vulnerabilities, achieve restoration of empowerment, calmness, hope for the future and enhanced wellbeing and purposeful living.
Chrissy is authentic and totally committed to supporting her clients overcome their challenges through provision of a safe space to talk, guidance, evidence-based change frameworks, loss and grief education, strategies, and techniques. She is empathetic, non-judgmental and offers insight gained from her own personal loss and grief experiences, struggles and depression suffered due to loss of pregnancy, multiple IVF failures, death of parents and relationship breakdown.
Counselling Approach
Her approach to counselling is a person-centered approach to therapy and for issues exploration uses a combination of eclectic and integrative approaches such as:

Qualification
Chrissy is qualified counsellor and a member of the Australian Counselling Association. She has a Batchlor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Calabar Nigeria in 1984
